Let them know that you are there for them whenever they have questions. Make sure that when you are making the video message you click edit on the background website. Select VDP or you can enter the exact stock number, then press next. This is valuable because this will allow your customers to see the vehicle and all the information just one more time. You can also tell your customers in the video that if they click the blue see vehicle button it will take them to the vehicle page where they can see the vehicle one more time.

  • List of customers that did not buy last month or previous months.

Make a standard video that can be sent to all. Let them know that you are checking on them and that you can still help them find the vehicle they are interested in.
