My App
First things first. This is an app for customers to communicate with you. To send you referrals and to turn you into the go to person to all their friends and family. When a customer does something in your app, it will appear in your activity timeline in your tool kit. Your app is your tool kit. When a customer askes if you have a business card say, "Yes I do! It is a digital business card and your own app for you to view our inventory, download any brochure, even calculate your payments, and even instant chat with me when you have a question! What did you say your number was again?"
Profile-
Go to your profile on the second slide of the tool kit icons. Click on my profile. Scroll down to where you see the blue tab that says manage my app. Click edit homer screen. You will need to take a photo vertical for the app. Just click on the blue pen and it will allow you to upload the photo. Above the blue pen you will see a tab that say view customer app. If you click this, you will be able to see what the customer sees in your app. To add it to your home screen on a iPhone just press the little box with the arrow. Then press add to home screen. Give it a title, like your name. Then you will see it on your home screen with your profile picture at the app icon image. This is the same thing the client will see on their phone when they download it to their home screen.
How do I share my app?
The app is located on the first slide of icons on your tool kit. The icon is a phone and replaced the digital business card. The icon is titled, share my app.

You will also see a search bar that will allow you to search all your contacts and will give you the option to add a contact on the spot. This is just like sending a digital business card. When you send the app to someone, they will receive a text that says hey (Customer first name) this is (Your name). Jere is a link to my app. Enjoy! Reply STOP to opt-out. Show your customer how to add it to their home screen.

In the top right corner, you will have the customer profile icon and a bar menu that gives the customer many different abilities to communicate and interact with you and your website. In the bottom right hand corner, you will see 4 yellow circle icons. Starting from let to right. The first icon is the instant message icon. This allows the people that have downloaded your app the ability to communicate with you straight through the app. The second icon will allow these people the ability to call you from the app. The third icon, with the bird, is a link to all your social accounts. It will give them the option to click on the social media icon they would like to visit. It will take them out of the app and open a new window with your social media icon they pick to view. If the customer clicks on social, it has a pre-made post for them to share. The customer just clicks the social media platform they want to post to. Once shared on social media, if anyone clicks on it and downloads your app from that post you will receive an alert in your tool kit. In your activity timeline, It will display the persons name that has downloaded it and will let you know who the referral was. The referral will be the person that posted it in social media.

In your activity timeline on your tool kit, you will get a notification that (customer) just calculated payments for Price= (vehicle price) months= (the term) monthly payment= (the payment that was calculated). This will help you to know what type of payment, the amount of money down, term, and vehicle price the customer is wanting.
